Lucy Overcame her Childhood & Adult Trauma

Lucy Overcame her Childhood & Adult Trauma

lucy

Lucy initially presented struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, PTSD, together with childhood and adult trauma.

Lucy described herself as being very committed to herself, her healing journey and resolving her trauma and challenges. Not only from a brain perspective but from a somatic perspective.

Lucy had engaged in a variety of conventional and alternative options but felt it was time to take things to the next level.

Lucy had many goals coming into these sessions aside from reducing anxiety and depression. Her goals were to work on all of her traumas and not have these impact her life by carrying feelings of not being good enough, being deserving and or worthy. Lucy’s other goals were to develop a sense of patience, compassion and tolerance with others, control reactivity and resolve triggers that destabilise her emotional groundings.

Lucy required approximately 15 sessions in her empowerment journey.

Lucy’s journey was quite a rocky one. Her path was filled with a lot of challenges throughout. Lucy committed to several session per week to help stabilise her brain, and committed to a daily self-care routine which involved walking, journaling and meditation. As well as using her brain wellness audios.

It wasn’t until midway through the program approximately 8 session In, that Lucy began to witness significant changes.

Following the empowerment journey, Lucy continued with work around esteem and confidence to reach her emotional peak and supported herself with the use of the home maintenance program and her daily self-care practices to continue supporting her brain in a positive direction.
